White Oak ISD school community

School community,

At around 12:30 pm our secondary campuses went into a secure status (keep students and staff in the building), our elementary had students and staff come in early from the playground.  It was reported that an unauthorized person was on campus and White Oak ISD SRO and PD were notified.  This individual made no threat but out of an abundance of caution we made sure our students were safe.  Thank you to the staff members that reported this.  We are now resuming the school day.  
This message to our community: If you have no business on our campus please avoid walking, riding or driving through.  Thank you.
